Abstract
Досліджено тенденції розвитку професійної злочинності в незалежній Україні. Встановлено, що зміни в суспільно-політичному житті, пов’язані з розбудовою незалежної держави, спричинили процеси легалізації злочинної діяльності, зміну злочинної ідеології та перерозподіл сфер впливу. Гібридна війна призвела до скасування низки умовностей довоєнного кримінального світу.Changes in social and political life, related to the development of independent Ukraine, have triggered the processes of legalization of criminal activity, the changing of criminal ideology and the redistribution of spheres of influence. Professional criminality once again demonstrated its ability to adapt to socio-political and socioeconomic changes that have taken shape at one or another period of the historical development of the state and society. Today there is a tendency to abandon old norms.
