Abstract
Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти протидії злочинам проти моральності, пов’язані, насамперед, з понятійним апаратом. Нині тривають зміни в правовому забезпеченні протидії злочинності, що позначаються на сталій практиці роботи правоохоронних органів.The scientific article is devoted to theoretical issues that arise in counteracting crimes against morals. Nowadays, changes are taking place in the legal protection of the fight against crime, which affects the regular practice of the work of law enforcement agencies.
