Abstract
У дисертації на основі вивчення законодавства, літературних джерел, результатів узагальнення слідчої та судової практики проведено комплексне дослідження інституту затримання особи у кримінальному провадженні. Розглянуто історико-правовий аналіз становлення та розвитку інституту затримання в кримінальному процесі. The comprehensive study of the institute of detention of a person in the criminal proceeding has been done in this dissertation on the basis of the current legislation, literary sources, of generalization results of the investigative and judicial practice. The historical and legal analysis of the formation and development of the institute of detention of a person in the criminal proceeding has been done.
