Abstract
Визначено об’єкт і предмет семіотики права як галузі досліджень та самостійної науки. Розкрито систему міждисциплінарних зв’язків семіотики права з комплексом філософських і юридичних дисциплін. Охарактеризовано значення семіотичного підходу для розв’язання багатьох проблем філософії права та юриспруденції на сучасному етапі їхнього розвитку. Определены объект и предмет семиотики права как отрасли исследований и самостоятельной науки. Раскрыта система междисциплинарных связей семиотики права с комплексом философских и юридических дисциплин. Охарактеризовано значение семиотического подхода для решения многих проблем философии права и юриспруденции на современном этапе их развития.In the article the object and the subject of Semiotics of Law as a branch of researches and autonomous science is determined. The system of interdisciplinary connections of Semiotics of Law with complex philosophical and legal subjects is revealed. In particular, the thesis deals with different relations of Semiotics of Law with such disciplines as Philosophy (ontology, epistemology, epistemology, axiology and anthropology), Philosophy of law, General and Legal Praxeology, Theory of law, Sociology of law, Comparative law, History of Law, History of Political and Legal Doctrines, Roman Law, International Law, Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law, Family Law, Commercial Law, Agricultural Law, Environmental Law, Arbitration Law, Finance Law and the branches of legal process – Civil, Criminal, Administrative Economic etc., and also with Criminology, Criminalistics (the fields of Criminalistics’ technic – Fingerprinting, Tracology, Ballistics, Chromatography, Criminalistics’ Photography, Graphology, Authorology, Odorology, Habitoskopie etc.), Legal Psychology, Forensic Medicine, Forensic Entomology, Forensic Psychiatry and all kinds of expertise.
