Abstract

Визначено особливості проведення допитів різних учасників кримінального провадження під час розслідування злочинів, передбачених статтею 275 Кримінального кодексу України. Висвітлено зміст предмета допиту очевидців, свідків, потерпілого, підозрюваного.Interrogation as one of the main means of proving in criminal proceedings on crimes provided for in Art. 275 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is widely used in investigative practice. Depending on the crime, the type of interrogation, the situation, the person interrogated, his interest in the results of the investigation, the volume and nature of the data and information that the investigation has, the tactics of the interrogation is determined.
