Abstract
Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню теоретико-правових аспектів поняття державної політики. Розроблено теоретичну конструкцію поняття «державна політика» з огляду на генезу наукових уявлень, досвід наукового осмислення цього поняття в контексті різних соціально-гуманітарних наук, зокрема юридичних. Державна політика є предметом регулювання міжнародного та європейського права, а імплементація відповідних міжнародних і європейських стандартів є важливим фактором практичної реалізації європейського вектору державної політики України. Обрання такого предмета наукового пошуку зумовлено вагомим значенням державної політики в системі організації суспільного життя, а також важливістю поставлених перед юридичною спільнотою завдань щодо розбудови державно-правових інститутів, забезпечення стабільності соціального життя та гармонійного розвитку суспільства.The thesis focuses on the research of theoretical law aspects of the notion of state policy. A theoretical framework of the «state policy» concept is developed with regard of genesis of the relevant scientific beliefs and the experience of scientific interpretation of this notion either in social humanitarian sciences or law studies. State policy is subject to regulation in the international and European law, while implementation of the appropriate international and European standards appears an important factor of the practical implementation of the European vector in the Ukrainian politics. Cognitive interest to this subject of scientific research is explained via the role performed by state policy in the organization of the society life system alongside with the importance of the objectives the legal community has for developing of state and legal institutes, providing for the stability of social life and harmonic evolution of society.
