Abstract
Представлено авторський підхід до системи заходів спеціальної профілактики зґвалтувань, що передбачає: наявність у програмах соціально-економічного розвитку районів позицій щодо запобігання безробіття, диференційованого підходу до надання соціальної допомоги малозабезпеченим сім’ям та таким, які тимчасово опинилися у скрутному становищі; виявлення та працевлаштування неповнолітніх і молоді, які не працюють і не навчаються; активізацію правового навчання та виховання серед осіб групи ризику (як потенційних правопорушників, так і жертв) із залученням до цієї діяльності співробітників поліції, адвокатури, прокуратури, суду, інших правоохоронних органів; створення центрів із профілактики насильства в сім’ї та надання допомоги постраждалим від нього.It is the author’s opinion that the system of the special preventive measures of the sexual offences is composed of the following components: 1. The Application of Criminal Law («double prevention») it is timely response to the threat of committing the crimes, the preparation for commission of a crime (involving a minor into criminal activity, etc.). 2. Consistently struggle with alcohol and drug addiction. (Both are so called the ills of society. These negative developments may be defined as catalystsof the violent crime rate increase, their cruelty and groundlessness. Alcohol and drug addiction are also closely connected to increased incidence of violent crime, they give rise to the persons with deviant behaviour with subsequent joining of them to the antisocial oriented groups.Alcoholic intoxication and clouding of consciousness fuelled by drug consuming leads to the increase of the mutilation severity level.). 3. Timely response to family violence offending and offences committed during a domestic violence incidents.
