Abstract
Досліджено проблеми кримінального профайлінгу як складової переговорного процесу в ситуації захоплення заручників. Висвітлено окремі підходи до визначення понять «профайлінг» і «кримінальний профайлінг», зокрема сучасну їхню парадигму. Проаналізовано типологію мотивів захоплення заручників. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо тактики ведення переговорів відповідно до типу ситуації, мотивів і способу захоплення заручників.The article is devoted to the problem of criminal profiling as part of the negotiation process in a situation of hostage-taking. It is examined some approaches to the definition of «profiling» and «criminal profiling» and described their methodological foundations, in particular he modern paradigm of profiling. The typology of the motives of hostage-taking is analyzed. Recommendations concerning tactics of records according to the type of situation, motives and method of hostage-taking are proposed. Аctivities policy associated with conflict situations that arise in the performance of official duties. Therefore, the need for psychological training of police officers to ensure effective interaction with different segments of the population, in particular, offenders in conflict and extreme conditions is relevant. In the study of psychological issues of hostage-taking, there are several major problems: psychology of communication of terrorists and hostages; the psychology of hostages – the main victims of the actions of terrorists; the psychology of negotiating with terrorists.
