Abstract
Проаналізовано сутність, значення та правові характеристики юридичних гарантій законності. На підставі аналізу й узагальнення наявних тлумачень цього поняття запропоновано визначення юридичних гарантій законності в управлінській діяльності поліції щодо запобігання організованій злочинності в Україні.The essence, meaning and legal characteristics of the legal guarantees of legitimacy wasrevealed in the article. The definition of the legal guarantees of legitimacy in management activity of police pertaining to organized crimeprevention in Ukraine, proceeding from the analysis and generalization of various opinions of scientists in regard to the understanding of this concept, was proposed by the author, their characteristics wasprovided also.
