Abstract
: В методичних рекомендаціях висвітлені завдання, основні напрями діяльності, повноваження та нормативно-правова база діяльності дільничного офіцера поліції на поліцейській дільниці. Визначені основні обов’язки дільничного офіцера поліції, особливості організації роботи в сільській місцевості. Сформульований зміст роботи дільничного офіцера поліції щодо організації прийому громадян, розгляду та вирішення їх заяв, скарг і пропозицій. Розкрита сутність, форми, методи та організація індивідуально-профілактичної діяльності дільничного офіцера поліції. Надана характеристика діяльності дільничного офіцера поліції щодо роботи з населенням та громадськими формуваннями на поліцейській дільниці, а саме проаналізований зарубіжний досвід взаємодії поліції та громадськості щодо забезпечення публічної безпеки та порядку і його впровадження в Україні. The methodological recommendations highlight the tasks, main areas of activity, powers, and legal framework for the activities of the precinct police officer at the police station. The main duties of a precinct police officer, the peculiarities of the organization of work in rural areas are defined. Formulated content of the work of the precinct police officer regarding the organization of reception of citizens, consideration and resolution of their applications, complaints and proposals. The essence, forms, methods and organization of individual preventive activities of the precinct police officer are disclosed. The description of the activity of the precinct police officer in working with the population and public formations at the police station is given, namely, the foreign experience of the interaction between the police and the public regarding the provision of public safety and order and its implementation in Ukraine is analyzed.
