Abstract
Дисертація є першою вітчизняною роботою з конституційного права, в якій ґрунтовно на теоретичному рівні проаналізовано конституційно-правові засади державної політики у сфері фізичної культури і спорту, а також визначені перспективи удосконалення правової основи і правозастосовної практики у даній сфері. The thesis under discussion is the first national paper on constitutional law where the constitutional-law principles of the state policy in the sphere of physical culture and sports have been thoroughly substantiated on theoretical level. Moreover, the promising ways of legal basis and law enforcement practice improvement in the sphere under discussion have been determined.
