Abstract
Метою статтієвисвітлення проблематики забезпечення гомеостазу муніципального права України крізь призму аналізу відповідності положень нинішньої науки муніципального права та відповідної національної комплексної галузі муніципального правадо реальних потреб розбудови муніципалізму як сучасної теорії та практики розвитку місцевого самоврядування. Thepurpose of the article is to reveal the problems of ensuring homeostasis of municipal law of Ukraine through the lens of analyzing the correspondence of the provisions of the current science ofmunicipal law and the corresponding national complex branch of municipal law to the real needs of building municipalism as a modern theory and practice of local self-government development.
