Abstract
Метою статті є систематизований виклад історії та перспектив запровадження бікамералізму в Україні. У статті здійснено філософсько-правовий аналіз історичного розвитку теоретичного обґрунтування та практики реалізації інституту двопалатного парламенту в Україні. Методологія.Основним методологічним підходом у дослідженні є аксіологічний. Порівняльний метод дав змогу проаналізувати дискусії щодо позитивних і слабких аспектів бікамералізму, а також можливості запровадження його в Україні. Завдяки історико-правовому методу було розглянуто витоки й еволюцію бікамералізму в деяких країнах Європи, США та Україні. Thepurpose of the studyis to make the systematized presentation of the history and prospectsof the introduction of bicameralism in Ukraine. To this end, the article provides a philosophical and legal analysis of the historical development of the theoretical justification and practice of implementing the institution of a bicameral parliament in Ukraine.Methodology. The key methodological approach in the study is axiological. The comparative method allowed us to analyze discussions about the positive and weaknesses of bicameralism, as well as the possibility of introducing it in Ukraine. The historical and legal method allowed us to consider the origins and evolution of bicameralism in individual countries of Europe, the USA and Ukraine.
