Abstract
я. В тезах викладено особливості формування особи, що пошкоджує шляхи сполучення і транспорті засоби. Досліджено етапи формування особистості та впливу на неї при вчиненні злочину конкретної життєвої ситуації. Особлива увага приділена кримінологічній характеристиці досліджуваних осіб. Автором запропоновано типологія осіб, що пошкоджує шляхи сполучення і транспорті засоби. Theses outline the features of the formation of a person who damages the communication path and the vehicle. Investigated the stages of formation of the personality and influence on it at commission of a crime of a specific life situation. Particular attention is paid to the criminological characteristics of the subjects. The author proposes a typology of persons that damages the communication path and vehicle.
