Abstract
У тезах пояснюється актуальність розгляду питання ефективності чи не ефективності заходів пробації у запобіганні вчинення особами, які перебували на обліку в уповноважених органах пробації, повторних злочинів після відбування ними покарання чи іспитового строку. Розкрито заходи пробації у запобіганні повторним злочинам. The theses explain the relevance of considering the effectiveness or non-effectiveness of probation measures in preventing the commission of repeated crimes by persons, who were registered with the authorized probation bodies after serving their sentence or during probation period. Probation measures in the prevention of repeat crimes were described.
