Г.; Perepichka, N.Метою статті є аналіз міжнародного та національного законодавства у сфері запобігання злочинам органами пробації, а також визначення напрямів удосконалення вітчизняного законодавства, яке регулює цей інститут в Україні. Для реалізації зазначеної мети в статті виконано такі завдання: розглянуто різні підходи до тлумачення поняття «пробація»; досліджено національне й міжнародне законодавство у сфері запобігання кримінальним правопорушенням органами пробації; вивчено проблемні питання запобігання кримінальним правопорушенням органами пробації в Україні; на підставі здійсненого дослідження надано пропозиції та рекомендації з удосконалення заходів запобігання кримінальним правопорушенням органами пробації в Україні шляхом внесення змін до національного законодавства. The purpose of the article is to analyze the international and national legislation in the field of crime prevention by the probation authorities, and to determine the directions of improvement of the national legislation governing the institute in Ukraine. In order to achieve this goal, the following tasks have been accomplished in the article: Different approaches to understanding the concept of «probation» are considered; investigated national and international legislation in the field of prevention of criminal offenses by probation authorities in Ukraine; probation issues of probation prevention were investigated; on the basis of the conducted research, proposals and recommendations on improvement of measures for prevention of criminal offenses by the probation authorities in Ukraine by amendments to the national legislation were provided.Item Питання гармонізації законодавства України про публічні закупівлі з міжнародними стандартами у сфері запобігання корупції. Ю.; Fits, O.Метою статті є вивчення міжнародних інструментів у сфері протидії корупції в системі публічних закупівель й аналіз тенденцій розвитку національного законодавства про публічні закупівлі щодо створення й удосконалення механізмів запобігання корупції, виявлення ймовірних корупційних ризиків задля вивчення можливості створення ефективного механізму запобігання корупції в системі публічних закупівель шляхом імплементації положень відповідних міжнародних договорів та інших актів. The purpose is meant to explore international instruments in the field of combating corruption in the public procurement system and analysis of trends in the development of national public procurement legislation in terms of creating and improving corruption prevention mechanisms, determining possible corruption risks in order to explore the possibility of creating an effective mechanism for preventing corruption in the public procurement system by implementing the provisions of relevant international treaties and other acts. The work is performed using methods of analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, systematic approaches.Item Національна стратегія кібербезпеки США: досвід для України. В.; Shemchuk, VМетою статті є вивчення позитивної практики забезпечення кібербезпеки США в контексті перспектив її можливого запровадження в Україні. Задля її досягнення було сформульовано такі завдання: схарактеризувати Національну стратегію кібербезпеки США як політико-правовий документ; дослідити інституційний механізм забезпечення кібербезпеки; висвітлити перспективні можливості впровадження позитивного досвіду США і необхідність врахування негативного досвіду в цій сфері. The purpose of the article is to investigate the positive practice of securing the US cybersecurity in the context of its possible implementation in Ukraine. For its achievement the following tasks were formed: to describe the National cybersecurity strategy of the USA as a political and legal document – to research the institutional mechanism of cybersecurity; to uncover perspective possibilities for introducing positive experience of the USA and Counting negative experience in this area.
