Abstract
Метою статті є аналіз проблеми шкільного булінгу – однієї із форм насильства в дитячому середовищі. Розглянуто чинники й детермінанти, що спричиняє цей феномен. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз навчально-виховних заходів протидії булінгу в Сполучених Штатах Америки, Західній Європі й Україні. Визначено перспективні юридико-психологічні шляхи оптимізації профілактики шкільного насильства.The purpose of the article is to analyze the problem of school bullying - a form of violence in the child environment. The factors and determinants that give rise to this phenomenon are considered. The comparative analysis of education and educational measures of counteraction to bullying in the United States of America, the countries of Western Europe and Ukraine is carried out. The perspective legal and psychological ways of optimization of prevention of school violence are outlined.
