Abstract
З огляду на повноваження суду, визначено межі його участі під час дослідження доказів у судовому розгляді. Досліджено трактування на практиці законодавчих положень, які стосуються тлумачення засади безпосередності показань, речей і документів з метою повного з’ясування обставин кримінального провадження та його об’єктивного вирішення.In view of the court's powers, the limits of its involvement in the examination of evidence at trial are determined. The legal provisions concerning the interpretation of the principle of directness of testimony, things and documents have been investigated in practice in order to fully understand the circumstances of criminal proceedings and their objective resolution.
