Abstract

Питання насильства в сім’ї, з огляду на поширеність цього явища в суспільстві, розглядають на національному та міжнародному рівнях як масштабну проблему. Її розв’язання залежить переважно від якості правового регулювання та чіткої і злагодженої роботи державних органів. Головним аспектом такої діяльності є забезпечення прав і свобод людини, суспільного порядку та безпеки, створення механізмів профілактики та протидії цьому явищу. Мета статті полягає в тому, щоб на підставі аналізу чинного законодавства, повноважень органів державної влади у сфері протидії насильству в сім’ї сформулювати пропозиції щодо внесення змін до законодавства й оптимізації діяльності органів державної реєстрації актів цивільного стану та їх взаємодії з іншими вповноваженими органами з метою попередження домашнього насильства на стадії укладення шлюбу.The issue of domestic violence, due to the widespread spread of this phenomenon in society, is viewed on a national and international level as a major problem. Its solution depends predominantly on the quality of legal regulation and the precise and coordinated work of public authorities. The main aspect of such activities is the provision of human rights and freedoms, public order and security, the creation of mechanisms for prevention and control of this phenomenon. Despite the public interest in this issue, both from the state, from civil activists and from the citizens themselves, the issue of domestic violence has not yet been resolved and requires the search for new approaches to prevention and struggle.
