Обґрунтовано необхідність створення та застосування єдиного стандарту з надання домедичної допомоги.The article is devoted to the review of normative acts regulating the provision of medical assistance by the National Police to the victim. The urgency and timeliness of this problem is determined by the process of reforming the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the creation of the National Police. The purpose of this work was to highlight contradictions in the current practice of providing medical assistance, when in many cases civil medical protocols are mixed up or replaced with the course of the rescuer, as well as providing their own vision of possible ways to solve this problem.Item Сучасний стан і перспективи домедичної підготовки поліцейських в Україні. О.; Nesen, O.Мета статті – дослідити сучасний стан домедичної підготовки поліцейських в Україні відповідно до норм чинного законодавства й окреслити перспективи її розвитку. Для реалізації цієї мети визначено такі завдання:1) узагальнити актуальні проблеми належного навчання та збереження довготривалих знань і практичних навичок, спрямованих на порятунок людини в невідкладному стані й здійснити наукове дослідження умов підвищення рівня вмінь поліцейських за цим напрямом у системіпрофесійної службо-вої підготовки; 2) надати пропозиції з удосконалення домедичної підготовки поліцейських в межах адап-тації державних навчально-тренувальних програм до міжнародних стандартів з надання домедичної допомоги. The purpose of the article is to investigate the current state of pre-medical training of police officers in Ukraine and to outline the prospects for its development; to generalize topical problems of proper training and preservation of long term knowledge and practical skills, to carry out scientific research of conditions for improving the level of skills aimed at rescuing a person in an emergency, in the system of professional training of police officers; generalize proposals for improving home medical training of police officers within the framework of adaptation of state training programs to international standards for home care. Methodology. In accordance with the purpose and specifics of the subject of research used methods of systems analysis, generalization, comparative, functional and other methods of scientific knowledge. The scientific novelty of the publication lies in the systematic analysis of current indicators of the implementation of conditions for the proper implementation of pre-medical training of police officers in Ukraine. The requirements for the introduction of uniform standards during primary vocational training, postgraduate education, training in higher education institutions with specific training conditions and in-service training in this area are systematized. The necessity to improve the mechanism and introduction of measures of the system of continuity of training on home medical care of militiamen is argued. The author’s approach to the creation of basic educational and methodological support of classes on pre-medical training of police officers and the need to comply with the requirements approved by state standards, in accordance with the proper training of instructors who have the right to carry out such training. Proposals have been formulated to supplement the Procedures for providing home medical care to persons in emergencies, approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of June 16, 2014 No. 398.
